What is the difference between the EC stack and the ECA Stack?
The EC stack utilizes ephedrine and caffeine. The ECA stack also includes aspirin into the mix. I recommend using the EC stack without the aspirin because aspirin in large doses has a lot of side effects. In my experience the addition of aspirin does not enhance the overall effectiveness of the stack.

I also recommend that you use a protein supplement. This will help fill you up (without eating a ton of calories) and most people are lacking protein in their diet anyway. Supplementing with protein will also help retain muscle mass while on the EC stack, because you want to burn fat, not muscle. Also, you absolutely need an omega 3 supplement (EFA supplement). Most people take fish oil pills to get their omega 3 however I DO not recommend this. Instead you should check out Krill Oil which is proven to be 47 times more effective than fish oil. Supplementing with an EFA is something you should do regardless of if you are on the EC stack or not. Some of the key benefits are:

EC Stack DOSING:
Day 1 (Test day) – This day you would just take 1 dose to find out if you are sensitive to ephedrine. Try a single serving of ephedrine (8mg) and 200mg of caffeine and make not of the effects.
Day 2-3 – Take 3 separate doses of 8 milligrams of ephedrine and 100 milligrams of caffeine. separate these doses in a minimum of 4 hour intervals. In my experience I do not take a dose within 5 hours of going to sleep because sometimes I have trouble getting to sleep.
Day 4-7 – 24 milligrams of Ephedrine, and 100 milligrams of caffeine – 8 milligrams of ephedrine, 100 milligrams of caffeine – 8 milligrams of ephedrine, 100 milligrams of caffeine.
Day 8-14 – 24 milligrams of ephedrine + 200 milligrams of caffeine – 24 milligrams of ephedrine + 200 milligrams of caffeine – 16 milligrams of ephedrine + 100 milligrams of caffeine
Day 15+ – 24 milligrams of ephedrine and 200 milligrams of caffeine, three times per day
I also include 250mg of Raz-K (1 Capsule), 3 times daily.
Take note of any effects, If you have any major side effects then stop using the EC stack immediately. Take at least a few weeks off before running another EC cycle. Follow the directions on the label for your krill oil and protein supplements (see other highly recommended supplements section).
